In 1993 I graduated as a Neuromuscular Therapist from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy. Since then I have been passionate about helping people get relief for muscle and nerve pain using proven techniques & modalities including Active Release Techniques (ART) which Tom Brady credits in his book for his fast recoveries. Im also certified in Craniosacral, Medicupping, Reflexology, Myofascial Release & Prenatal massage as well as the "Mover/Stabilizer" Techniques helping to heal Wounded Warriors since 2019.
